Rotation Core Cards
Old Blood King: On its own, Old Blood King doesn't really do too much. However, he is primarily here because of his synergy with the many different Forest bat summoning cards you have in your deck. Since he has ambush, that makes it very difficult for your opponent to deal with him and if he manages to live a turn, he usually sets up lethal.
Summon Bloodkin: A card that can be played on curve to pressure your opponent OR that can be used to finish your opponent off if you have old blood king in play. This is one of your primary ways to pressure your opponent in most stages of the game.
Red Talonstrike: This is a very interesting card. If it is used, it gives one of your followers +1/+0 until the end of the turn. However, if it is used on a bloodcraft follower, it will produce another bat. So you technically could use these on your Old Blood King and continue to produce bats while buffing him at the same time!
Apostle of Lust: An alternative turn 5 play that helps add to your end game. It allows you to draw additional cards, has very aggressive stats, and even pings your opponent for 1. Although your opponent does get to draw a card, this is negligible because your goal is killing them.

You want to play this deck as aggressively as you possibly can. You want to weaken your opponent to help set up for the big kill using your old blood king.
Gift of bloodkin is a card that is generally used only to help set up the kill once you have played Old Blood King. Playing it beforehand can actually put you at a major disadvantage if you don’t have a way of mitigating it.
On turn 5, you want to jam your old blood king. You more than likely will be winning on turn 6 if you played the early game right. Below you can find some mathematical examples of how to generate damage.
It is important to know how you can generate lethal from Old Blood King. Each of the following examples presume that you have Old Blood King (OBK) in play. In Each example, an evo point will increase that total damage by 2. This will not cover every example,It is meant to give you a guideline of how you can deal damage through the use of available resources.
Summon Bloodkin + Old Blood King = 5 Damage
Summon Bloodkin + Evolution point + OBK = 7 Damage
Summon BloodKin + Gift of Bloodkin + OBK = 8 Damage
Gift of Bloodkin + Red Talonswipe + OBK = 7 Damage
