Deck Overview:

A new archetype introduced in wonderland dreams that utilizes sword's synergy with many powerful neutral cards to pressure your opponent and pump your followers! This is a different style of midrange build that relies on using Alice, Wonderland Explorer to make your neutral followers incredibly powerful!

Cinderella Cinderella 3

Cinderella is the new girl on the block and let me tell you, those heels she is sporting are serious business! She is a very aggressively costed 3 drop that is a 4/4! She does have a slight draw back though, but it is mitigated by what this deck does. Whenever you play a sword craft follower, she goes back to your hand. Now, here is the punch line...This deck is filled with neutral followers! So more often than not, that second effect will almost never trigger!

One of the main stars of this deck. This card is may not seem like much but once you have played it, you will feel just how powerful it is. It spawns 3 followers with their own unique ability. One has bane, One has Ward, and the other has storm.

In order for your opponent to deal with all of these in a single turn, they would probably have to use some form of AOE effect like Revelation or Themis decree. If they are not dealt with in a timely fashion, your opponent can find themselves staring down a board of Alice pumped neutral followers.

One of the key components to this deck. Alice on her own has a solid body but it is her effect that makes her shine (and this isn't because she is a legendary). She can pump your neutral followers in your hand AND on your board! This means that your followers not only deal more damage, but they also are harder to kill via combat or card effects!

Deck Progression:

Early Game

  • You have 2 priorities when playing this deck. 
    • Dealing damage to your opponent whenever possible.
    • Outvaluing your opponent at nearly every exchange. 
  • Your primary focus will be to deal as much damage to your opponent as you can. Take very few opportunities to trade unless the trades are specifically in your favor. F
  • orce your opponent to have to burn resources killing your followers. 
  • Whole-souled Swing and Shield of Flame to keep your opponents followers low as you attempt to gain the advantage on board if you are going second or you are behind.
  • If at all possible, Cinderella should almost always be your turn 3 play. 

Mid Game

  • Use your Alice, Wonderland Explorer to begin pumping your followers in play and in hand to make it difficult for your opponent to deal with.
  • If it is on an Evo turn, you can use Maisy, Red Riding Hood, to destroy one of your opponents followers and trade to gain tempo. 
  • Actress Feria is a card that also pumps your neutral followers in play. Use this to keep your followers bigger than your opponents. 

 

Late game

  • When you find yourself low on board, you can use Council of Card Knights to fill your board back up with neutral followers, or Alwida's Command to begin lowering your opponents life total into lethal range.
  • Much like every other sword deck, you can use albert to bring it home!
