There are no cards from new Altersphere set on gamepress yet. Please, add those three cards to the deck:
Tico, Mysterian Spellnerd: 3
Palla, Student Teacher: 3
Zealot of Truth: 3

This deck is somewhat budget, but yet powerful rotation ranked Mysteria powered Runecraft deck. Recommended for newbies.

There are just a few legendaries in the deck, and some of them could be easily replaced with other less expensive cards.

Tactics; It's really simple:
Anne, Mysterian Prodigy; Ms. Miranda, Light Mage: those two cards are main deck engine. Those two cards reduce their cost every time you play a Mysteria card. "Mysteria boost" them with other Mysteria cards and to "Mysteria boost" each other.
Also, use them to get powerful Mysteria spells.
The main tactic is "Mysteria boost" those cards to play them for as less PP as possible. You need to play as many Mysteria cards as possible not only to "Mysteria boost" those two, but also to boost Anne's Sorcery, which you obtain from Anne, Mysterian Prodigy.
If you have Anne, Mysterian Prodigy in your hand, play it before turn 10 to obtain Anne's Sorcery. On turn 10, if you already have Anne's Sorcery in your hand make sure damage it does is enought to beat enemy leader (don't forget to cound additional damage from Mysteria, Magic Founder and Mysterian Blackwyrm, if any). If that's the case (very likely), just play it to win. If no, play more Mysteria cardds or damage enemy leader other way, then play this card.

Usage of the rest of the cards:

Mysterian Knowledge - for "Mysteria boost", spellboost and to obtain standard Mysteria spells.

Mr. Bertrand, Magic Mentor - for "Mysteria boost" and to obtain standard Mysteria spells.

Mysterian Wyrmist - mostly for "Mysteria boost", as 2PP follower. During late game may be played as Mysterian Whitewyrm or Mysterian Blackwyrm to get one of standard Mysteria spells and power up other Mysteria spells in your hand.

Owen, Knight of Mysteria - for "Mysteria boost" and to bring other Mysteria followers from the deck into hand. May help to find Anne, Mysterian Prodigy and Ms. Miranda, Light Mage.

Mysterian Summoner Vayle - for "Mysteria boost" and to summon Bunnicorn Nic-nic (which may help to spellboost other cards).

Grea, Mysterian Dragoness - for "Mysteria boost" and for board control during midgame. Have ward and also brings you one of two powerful spells: Grea's Ember or Grea's Inferno.

Tico, Mysterian Spellnerd - for "Mysteria boost" and to obtain standard Mysteria spells.

Palla, Student Teacher - for "Mysteria boost", to obtain Burgeoning Genius and to reduce cost of Mysteria card in your hand.

Mysteria, Magic Founder - for "Mysteria boost" and to make other Mysteria spells, which make damage (Mysterian Missile, Mysterian Rite, Grea's Ember, Grea's Inferno and Anne's Sorcery) more effective. Especially useful for Grea's Inferno. Play it before Grea's Inferno, when possible. This is a supplementary card and rarely needed. Could be easily replaced with other Mysteria followers if you don't have enough vials.

Fiery Embrace - for spellboost and board control during midgame and late game.

Wind Blast - for spellboost and board control.

Standard Mysteria spells (Mysterian Missile, Mysterian Circle and Mysterian Rite), special Mysteria spells (Grea's Ember, Grea's Inferno) - for "Mystera boost", spellboost and board control.

Anne's Summoning - for "Mystera boost" and board control.

Unbodied Witch, Zealot of Truth - another win condition. If you didn't play enough Mysteria cards or got no Anne, Mysterian Prodigy by turn 9, but have Unbodied Witch and Zealot of Truth in your hand, this may help you win. Just make sure, you have at least one evolution point (Palla, Student Teacher with Burgeoning Genius it gives you may help) and there is at least one enemy follower you can attack in play. Just play Unbodied Witch and multyply Zealot of Truth. Then evolve it and attack enemy follower. You'll get a lot of 0PP 3/5 followers with Storm in your hand. In the most cases that's enough to win this turn or clear area from enemy followers and fill it with your followers to win net round. Also, this may help when your opponent got an effect which restricts damage, leader may take (like Godsworn Alexiel). In worse case you may have only Unbodied Witch and Fiery Embrace in your hand. So, multiply Fiery Embrace and use it to remove enemy followers from the board. On the next turn play as many followers as you can and use the rest of 0PP Fiery Embrace cards to remove followers your opponen played previous turn. The next turn you may be able to win using a followers your played this turn. Anyway, make sure you have as few cards as possible in your hand, when you play Unbodied Witch. Also, you may try to improve the deck by adding another Unbodied Witch to it, replacing an insignificant Mysteria follower (like Mysterian Wyrmist or Mysterian Summoner Vayle) to increase the probability of its coming by the 9th turn.

Some tips:
When play VS other Mysteria deck and you're second, your opponent probably play Anne's Sorcery before you. In that case just do your best to play and evolve Palla, Student Teacher after you got your Anne's Sorcery to reduce its cost to play before your opponent. Just make sure, it kills your opponen by the turn you play it.
Do your best to spend evolutions to either activate evolve effects of Mysteria cards (Ms. Miranda, Light Mage, Grea, Mysterian Dragoness, Palla, Student Teacher or Tico, Mysterian Spellnerd) or to attack with Unbodied Witch.
When evolve Grea, Mysterian Dragoness, choose Grea's Ember only is you have enough play points to play it the same turn. If you plan to play the card next turn, Grea's Inferno is better choice in most cases.
