Mulligan/Draw Simulator:

Deck Overview:

Pros:
Frog.
A savage new way to play banner.
Gamebreaking frog mechanics.
Removal of slow cards like oathless knight and ascetic knight in exchange for target dummy cyclone soldier and the legendary vagabond frog (the core card of the deck)
Extremely budget.
Solid win rate.
Very easy to play.
Fast, both in closing games and getting into the field.
Fun.
Consistent.
Frog.
The element of surprise.

Cons:
Wards severely limit the deck's potential. Consider drafting a second cyclone blade at the expense of a dance of death.
On the off chance frog is removed from the field, it can be very hard to make a comeback. Rest of your damage comes from storm followers.
It's easy to be aggro'd to death.

Mulligans:
Mulligan for maid leader, frog. Keep banner if you have frog. Generally keep maid leader if you have both banner and maid leader in hand. Quickblader is a good card to keep.

Some Tips:
Play as if playing aggro swordcraft; face damage only.
Turn 2 you should always be playing maid leader if you have frog.
Turn 3 you should always be playing frog if you have it.
Turn 4 banner is the best play, first or second player.
The deck has a far better win rate if you're player 1.
This deck almost always wins on curve 6. On the off chance that you don't win on curve 6, you should be able to know exactly who wins.
Your ideal hand should look like: Maid Leader/Frog/Anything else. Maid leader on curve 2, Frog on curve 3, banner on curve 4, and wreck shop. Or Frog/Banner/Anything else.

Matchups:
Good against most runecraft decks, as runecraft's most common frog removals are played on curve 6.
Good against seraph havencraft because of how inherently slow it is.
Good against bloodcraft since they usually kill themselves.
Goes evenly against other frog decks, and swordcraft in general. The one who out-aggros the other or puts cyclone blade to work first wins.
Unfavorable against elana/guardian havencraft.
Unfavorable against ramp dragoncraft.
Unfavorable against shadowcraft because of khawy and lurching+necro and death's breath, etc.

What rank are you?
A0. I've mained swordcraft since the beginning of time.
Why cyclone soldier?
Cyclone soldier has 0 tempo. The only use it has is to threaten big damage at curve 2 for player 1. A "target dummy" for spells.
Why exactly were ascetic and oathless knight removed?
Cyclone soldier replaces oathless knight so that the deck curve doesnt change. Vagabond frog replaces ascetic knight. Although oathless knight does the same thing as cyclone, it has less overall attack. I personally think that yes, cyclone soldier replacing oathless is irrational, but when it doesnt get removed it does manage to punish far more than oathless does.
What are your feelings about Albert in this deck?
I believe albert is the most reliable swordcraft card in the game because of its ability to close games. However, I do not believe it belongs in a deck that always wins on turn 6 or 7 when it wins. Instead of Albert, I use demonic strike, which allows for a more consistent face damage than albert before turn 9. Additionally, because this deck requires maid leader to pull a banner, removing all commanders but banner makes maid leader more reliable.
Is the name of the deck a reference?
Yes, yes it is. It is a tribute to a certain someone.
Would I rank with this deck?
No. It's essentially a budget deck, made for those who don't intend to make a giant investment in swordcraft, although it could probably climb very well in the lower ranks.
