Is the Fairy Driver Life (TM) for you? This is the deck you are looking for if you are looking for a deck that has:

-Relatively low cost
-Aggressive gameplay
-Difficult decision making

Mulligans:
Mulligan for early game cards to play mostly. Against slower matchups you can also keep Elven Princess Mage (going second) and Venus if you have a good curve.
Starry elf is usually kept in matchups where brambles is especailly important: These are mostly midrange board-centric decks that do not pack too much clear power, such as midrange sword, midrange shadow.

Game plan:
Early game: Develop as much board advantage as possible against aggro/other board based decks. Against slower, more controlly less board based decks such as Dshift or Ramp dragon push as much face damage as you can.

Mid game: Use cards such as Beetle Warrior to continue to apply pressure onto the opponent. Use Brambles to win the board and Elf song to snowball it. If you have Venus, try to develop Harvest Festival to start drawing as early as possible. Play around removal using Liza and by evolving the right followers.

Lategame: You should be top decking for damage at this point: Be careful about using up your fairies for fairy driver or bounces for roach. Build up to a large roach /fairy driver combo to finish your opponent off!

Notes: On some matchups Liza/Lily may be more/less important to hold onto: Against Midrange Sword, it is much better to use Liza early rather than later to deny value from Whole Souled Swing, while you want to save Lily for frontguard general, while against decks with more removal you want to save Liza (where possible, don't do something stupid like skipping your whole turn) for their board clear turn or when you have developed a sizable board. (eg turn 6 breath of the salamander, revelation with blood moon)
